There is a bit of a science geek in all of us. We all want to know that what we are taught has some evidence to it and hasnt' just been pulled out of someone's arse ;). 

And on top of that, when we can see and understand the evidence of how this has worked for others, it makes it easier for us to do the same and find the inner motivation and drive to create the change we really need.

Founder of Emotional Fluidity Movement

Nritya is the founder of Emotional Fluidity Movement. Through her background in Psychology, Hypnosis, Dance, Energy Work and Spiritual Practices she has devised processes to help people reach embodied awakening within themselves. Helping them connect to their body and emotions resulting in more joy and deeper connections in their daily life.

Her life has taken her on many twists and turns, moving out of her home country at the age of 8. Starting school without even knowing a word of the language. Having grown up with a loving mother, but abandoned by her biological father before birth and abusive step father since 2. She has developed an early attitude for "Everything happens for a reason and makes us stronger."

Nritya discovered self development books at the age of 10 and used music and dance as her release and therapy for her emotions. Spending so much time alone growing up, she had plenty of time for self reflections and being with her "inner demons" as she liked to call them.

Later in her life in 2019 she became a nomad and discovered conscious communities where she dove even deeper into the shadows of her past.
Nritya carries the wisdom of the western world through her Psychology & Hypnosis training, the embodiment of her life experience and dance background, and the spiritual mindset through her Reiki training and years spent living in conscious communities and training with Masters from all over the world.

She is passionate about living life authentically and to the fullest, showing up for all parts of ourselves, and lighting the way for others to do the same. Inspiring others to have the courage within themselves to take the first step and continue, one baby step at a time for the remainder of their time on this planet we call home.
